Jim Schuler

Jim Schuler came to Madison to work as a script editor for National Public Radio and from there worked for several local agencies, including the Hiebing Group, before going out on his own as a marketing consultant and freelance writer and director.


Jim has experience in all parts of the marketing mix, and is especially skilled at translating marketing strategies to compelling stories that educate, inform, persuade and sell.


He’s worked with a wide variety of clients including UW Athletics, Coca Cola USA, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Miller-Coors, Kimberly Clark, St. Francis Medical Center, Lands’ End, Patagonia, Franklin Electric, Menasha Packaging, Trek Bikes and Springs Window Fashions—and directed productions in South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and across North America.
